About two months before we started the second year of school, Chris and I were summoned by Tojurou-san and Kikuno-sama.
We were called to the VIP guest room of the Hinoshima embassy.
The fact that we were invited to the room meant that we were discussing a matter between two countries.
Tojurou-san and Kikuno-sama, sitting across from each other, looked serious.
Leon sat by the window in the warm sunlight, wagging his tail as he watched the outside.
"Kikuno-sama, Tojurou-sensei, is there something important you wish to discuss?"

After Kikuno-sama came here, Tojurou-san threw the task of teaching us the Hinoshima language to Kikuno-sama.

"Kikuno-sama, may I take Leon with me?"
I remember that you once told me that there are eight million gods in Hinoshima.
Kikuno-sama told me that the gods that her birth family worshipped would be troublesome if they knew he was a god, so he should keep his divinity in check.
Wouldn't it be bad for a god from another country to go to Hinoshima?

I'm sure Marie will be happy to hear that. While I was learning the language of Hinoshima from Tojurou and Kikuno-sama, Marie was also listening and naturally learned it.
Marie also said that she would like to visit the Hinoshima country someday. She would like to meet the Shinobi people.
