Vol. 1 - Ch. 88 - Transformation

Kamel said with a shy smile.

The Familiars my father had sent out returned.

“They’re back.”

The messengers disappeared into the darkness of the night.

"Tomorrow, the founders will gather here. We will unveil the queen then. There are some of the founders who have their doubts. They'll understand when they see it with their own eyes."

“Dad. Uncle Tyler’s coming too, Isn’t he?”

My brothers’ eyes turned to my father.

"Of course. He's also a founder. The problem is Yuki? I guess you don’t understand what’s going on, do you? Are you okay?"

He said this to Yuki, who was being supported by me.

“What am I supposed to do, sir?”

"You don't have to do anything. Just sit there. Yuki. I don’t think you’ve noticed, but you're clearly emitting a queen's aura. That's right, you should drink my blood as well. This should be exciting.”

Father quickly pulled Yuki away from me and hugged her close to him.

"Marie liked the neck, but do you prefer arms, Yuki? I like it from the neck, so it doesn't matter. Here, drink up."

With that said, Yuki sucked blood from my father’s neck. She drank it with relish. She hasn’t drank the blood of any founder other than me…she was sucking blood from my brothers earlier though.

What is going to happen now?

Yuki looked up with satisfaction…. The aura from Yuki had changed! I could tell… this is… the aura of a higher being. Yuki ‥‥‥‥‥‥ you are definitely a queen!

Then Liza said happily, “I guess it's my turn now! I need to make sure you have a proper queen costume! fufufu! I'm so happy! What kind of design should I choose?”

He's so excited!

“Are you going to make it now?” I couldn't help but ask.

“You know what? I’ve been doing this for decades. Plus, I have some excellent dependents, so I can make it tonight.”

Liza got a little too bloated, but his dependents shushed him down.

“I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Liza. Please make Yuki beautiful again.”

“Of course I will! Leave it to me! I remember her size.”

He winked at me. The problem now was Yuki’s mental state. She was suddenly told she was at the top…

“I’ll see you here tomorrow then!”

And my father left the room.

We should leave too.

Yuki, Kazuya, and I left the room as well.

“Yuki-sama, are you all right?” Kazuya was concerned about Yuki.

"Well... I'm panicking in my head. But I'm different from everyone else... What am I supposed to do?" She said, clinging to me.

“You don’t have to do anything. Your existence itself is a miracle. You don’t have to worry about it.”

Yuki nodded many times at my words.
