TL Note: Renaming the Town of Cobb to Cove. I honestly thought this would be a one-and-done deal when it was first introduced in the prologue and figured the pun was too subtle to be bothered with. Since it appears it has bigger importance than expected I'm correcting the mistake. Back in the prologue, the kids that Zhaviest was dragging along were from this town. While phonetically the town name is "Cove" as in from the geographical feature small sheltered inlet or bay (think Cape Town); it was spelled "Kobu" as in Kobukobutsuki (コブ付き) which is the term for children from previous relationships when remarrying or sometimes used to express being accompanied by one's child. And that was the pun, the kids were from "Cove Town" and were accompanying Zhaviest so they were "kobukobustuki". Originally I spelled it Cobb to somehow hint at the pun but decided not to add the TL note since it was not a very obvious pun.
