I thought I should be more respectable, felt that life had a beginning and an end, and tried to find some profound meaning.
But meaning was an illusion.
Even her father, who was more respectable than anyone, and his subordinates, faded away into the past of history.
The history record only speaks of him as a great general loved by the people, but there was no way to truly understand what kind of person Bogan Christand was.
