The reason the game's opening CG used the "Berlin Speech" was because he only had about five hundred Emotion Points at the time, which was just enough to unlock one "Berlin Speech" to highlight the key points. Using just the "Berlin Speech" alone indeed had some issues—it could easily come across as promoting war.
However, stirring speeches from World War II weren't exclusive to the Third Reich. He just needed to make slight modifications, change the Allied Nations to federations afterward—British Federation, French Federation, Soviet Federation, United States Freedom Federation, and so on.
As long as he added Winston Churchill's speech and the Soviet people's resolve after the game's promotional CG, it would not only highlight the Third Reich's dominance and tyranny, but also emphasize the federations' resilience and determination in resisting the Empire.
Zhao Ming looked toward Shen Qinghan. "I already have an idea. I can finish rendering it in a moment. If you're not in a hurry, wait here for a bit. It'll save you another trip."
Shen Qinghan nodded and said, "Alright. But... you figured it out that quickly?"

Then, what came into view was still the dark-toned grand hall with tens of thousands of people. Countless citizens from various regions stood in the hall, where huge black iron cross flags hung in a circle around them. On the podium stood the Propaganda Minister in a dark yellow military uniform.
"Do you oppose the Empire's total war plan?!"
"No—!!!"
"The Anglo-French Federation says we must stop. What do you think?!"
"Nonsense!!!"
"Do you want total war?!"
"Yes—!!!"
"Do you want it more total and more radical than anything we can even imagine today?!"
"Yes—!!!!"
"Are you prepared to fight alongside the Empire according to God's will until victory?!"
"Yes!!!"
"We will obey!!!"
"Prepare!"
"We shall unleash a storm upon this world!!!"
"All hail!!!!"
The final scene showed citizens and soldiers raising their arms high, shouting for victory. Even having seen it many times before, Shen Qinghan was still shocked by the Propaganda Minister's ability to manipulate the people's hearts. And this was just the Propaganda Minister—the Führer sitting at the center of the podium merely had to raise one arm to harvest countless cheers and shouts.
The scene immediately transitioned. The Anglo-French Federation. Compared to the direct dominance and majesty within the grand hall, what came into Shen Qinghan's view was a section of a subway car.
An elderly man in a black suit entered the car and sat down. The citizens around him were amazed to see him and stood up to pay their respects. The suited elderly man smiled, his gaze sweeping over the citizens before speaking in a relaxed tone.
"Suppose I told you now that if we engaged in friendly negotiations with the Empire, we would secure very favorable terms. What would you think?"
As his words fell, the citizens in the car all shook their heads.
"Never."
"Never." The wave of voices seemed to convey the people's feelings to the old man, and his eyes grew much more determined.
Looking at the little girl beside him who was watching him silently, the old man asked, "Will you never give up either?"
He received only a firm childish voice saying, "No, never."
The old man's gaze became completely resolute.
The scene switched. From a bird's-eye view, it moved to the parliament in the city center. Countless members of parliament in black suits converged from all directions, gathering at the parliament building.
The scene changed again—now the parliament was completely full.
The old man who had questioned the citizens on the subway appeared at the center of the parliament, and this time the CG indicated that this old man was actually the Prime Minister of the British Federation.
"Large portions of Europe and many famous ancient nations have fallen under Third Reich rule. We must not waver in the slightest! We shall fight to the end! We shall fight in France, fight on the seas, gather our forces and fight in the skies! We shall defend our island! We shall persevere to the end no matter the cost! We! Shall never surrender!!! Until God deems the time is right, when the new world, with all its vigor and strength, will come to rescue and liberate this old world!"
As his words ended, countless parliamentarians erupted in cheers, unable to calm down for a long time.
Empire and Federation. Führer and Prime Minister. The old man's powerful and resonant voice still echoed in Shen Qinghan's mind, stirring her emotions.
However, the scene wasn't over yet. It quickly transitioned to another place—The Soviet Federation. This time, no important figures appeared, but rather extremely short video clips that kept switching. The flames of war had spread throughout Soviet Federation territory.
Accompanying the scene transitions, a weathered male voice spoke, "Tovarisch (Comrades). The Empire wants us to surrender. They want us to live as cowards."
The video suddenly cut to a battlefield where a powerful artillery shell landed on a position flying the Soviet Federation flag, sending countless severed limbs flying. "But they are wrong. We are Soviet soldiers."
The scene switched to a city reduced to ruins, with only one Soviet soldier on the position, gazing at the destroyed city.
"We will defend our motherland until we shed our last drop of blood. Beyond that, we have no other path."
In the flames that filled the sky, Empire forces ignited countless oil barrels, and the boiling flames burned through the entire Soviet army position. Yet, even in such a scene, those domineering Empire soldiers showed no relaxation whatsoever—their eyes were even filled with fear.
Suddenly, from the boiling flames, Soviet soldiers burst forth, their bodies ablaze, roaring as they charged. Under the Empire's machine gun fire, Soviet soldiers continuously fell, but others quickly took their place in an endless assault.
The calm but determined male voice spoke again.
"We must stop the Empire's army. Because behind us... Is our Moscow."
The screen went completely dark. Endless tragic heroism crashed through Shen Qinghan's mind.
"Did they... hold them back?"
