As I raised my voice to signal our departure, Baretta and the others, who had come to see us off, politely lowered their heads.

The goal of our journey was to first visit the graves of Alsace-san from the
<Sword of the Dawn>
, then Selene's father and the late King Albert in the Iska Kingdom's royal capital, and finally, Duke Gyunton of the Gard Beatkin Nation.We might not be able to directly visit the grave of the late King Albert or Duke Gyunton since they were part of the royalty and nobility, but there might be commemorative stones dedicated to them so we planned to offer our prayers there.

It wasn't every day that I had such ripe conditions for travel like having guild-certified disguise cards to fake our C-ranks along with me transforming into my 16-year-old self. It would be foolish to name ourselves the
<Flying Carpet>
which has become synonymous with our old party's name and would unnecessarily turn people's attention towards us.However, maintaining the transformation magic for an entire day was challenging, so it was difficult to travel using shared carriages or escort requests.
"Majou-sama, Majou-sama. It's not a rushed journey! We can walk or fly using the wand as well!"
"You're right. Well, when the time comes, we'll think about it. Let's head to our first target, the Dungeon City Apenemis—

!"I activated my teleportation magic to bring Teto and me to the Dungeon City.
From there, we continued to visit the graves of our acquaintances while taking a look at the travelog that we had found in the ruins and discussed between us the places we would like to visit.
After finishing our last visit to Duke Gyunton's grave, we gazed toward the south.
"Alright, let's head south next. We were looking for anecdotes about the past reincarnator and making our way through the uncharted western region.
"It would be great if we could find lots of delicious things!"
Teto and I set out southwards, leaving the Gard Beastking Nation behind, and aiming for the Sanfield Empire— the country revitalised by Hino Takaya, the past reincarnator.
A/N - With this, Arc 7 of the magical cheat loli has come to an end. As for the story from here on, this is something uncertain. One reason is the drop in writing speed, and that it's becoming quite harder to write the WEB edition in parallel to the light novel. Another reason is that light novel will be diverging from the WEB edition.
Therefore, due to the considerable effort required to implement these changes in the web version and the substantial labor involved in revising the book from the web once again, future updates are currently undecided. However, I do have plans to add some short stories as fan service with irregular updates.

T/N - Well, this is quite a...dry end, eh? Should I say it was Chise-like, ending with a departure to a new journey? At least, we have the whole arc to see much more development about her. With a few of the forged connections coming to an end with the passing of people, it was a story back to square one. But at least, she had found what she was seeking for—a home to come back to and the slightly buffed form she always wanted (I wonder if she will stop being envious now?). Personally speaking, I would have loved to see more of little Selene's part or the tomboy Selene shenanigans. And RIP Harry-chan, the dog plushie who never saw the light of screen time. The most unpredictable situation in all of this, though, was the mechanoid's pregnancy part. As our editor remarked, a spit-take moment indeed. I still wonder to this day about that onee-shota, considering the mechanoid's soul was still young but they also had the intellect of an adult (?)—Is it legit or just whimsical wizardry? Truly a Schrödinger's cat scenario. But as the author said, we can always hope for more in the novel. One ending of a journey is the start of another one. This might be the end of the web novel, but there's still the light novel. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all our readers and our cherished patrons whose unwavering support has carried us this far.
