Chen Qingyu watched the green wolf intently, noticing the hint of confidence and arrogance in its eyes. Its sleek fur glistened under the moonlight, and the powerful vitality it radiated put considerable pressure on him.

The result was the same. The green wolf dodged his attack effortlessly and counterattacked during the gap in his punch.

Even though Chen Qingyu evaded, the exchanges had already taken their toll. His body was covered in blood.

The green wolf remained cautious. Even when landing a hit, it immediately withdrew, avoiding any opportunity for Chen Qingyu to retaliate.

Chen Qingyu seemed oblivious to this and continued his assault with the Taizu Long Fist, each strike filled with destructive power.

In a short time, the surroundings were reduced to rubble.

Seeing Chen Qingyu relying solely on brute strength and lacking technique, a hint of contempt flickered in the green wolf’s eyes.

As Chen Qingyu threw his next punch, the green wolf, anticipating the move, prepared to counter with its unmatched speed.

However, this time, instead of playing it cautiously, the green wolf launched a full-scale attack, aiming directly for Chen Qingyu’s neck.

After narrowly dodging the punch, the green wolf circled behind him, its fangs gleaming sharply.

A strange sound echoed nearby, and the scent of blood wafted to the green wolf’s nose, causing momentary confusion.

But with only inches separating its fangs from Chen Qingyu’s neck, there was no retreating now.

Just as the green wolf’s fangs were about to sink into Chen Qingyu’s flesh, something unexpected happened. Chen Qingyu, who seemed too slow to react, suddenly turned his head—showing no sluggishness whatsoever.

Their eyes met. The green wolf froze for an instant, seeing the faintest hint of a smile in Chen Qingyu’s eyes.

A sense of unease washed over the green wolf. It tried to retreat, but it was too late to pull back its attack.

In that instant, a flash of cold light exploded from Chen Qingyu’s hand.

The strike sent the green wolf flying several meters away.

Not allowing it any time to recover, Chen Qingyu advanced relentlessly, not giving the green wolf any chance to catch its breath.

The green wolf struggled to its feet. Although its body was tough, the blow had landed directly on its neck, causing significant injury.

Yet its core strength remained unaffected, and it was still fast.

But just as the green wolf was about to dodge the next attack, it realized something strange—it was covered in frost, hindering its movements. Unable to escape in time, it couldn’t avoid Chen Qingyu’s approach.

As the green wolf’s qi and blood surged, the frost melted instantly. But by then, Chen Qingyu was already on top of it again.

With no time to dodge, the green wolf was forced into a defensive posture.

This time, instead of using the Taizu Long Fist, Chen Qingyu unleashed the Bright Moon like Frost technique.

The green wolf had no chance to retaliate. Within moments, it was severely injured.

Realizing it might die at Chen Qingyu’s hands if this continued, the green wolf decided to stop holding back.

With a howl, a massive surge of qi and blood erupted from the green wolf, forcing Chen Qingyu to retreat.

Though reluctant to give up his hard-won advantage at close range, Chen Qingyu remained calm and dodged just in time.

The crucial detail was that now, the green wolf no longer possessed the speed it had before. The advantage was his.

Another howl erupted from the green wolf. But instead of rushing to attack, it looked up at the bright moon in the sky and howled again.

Chen Qingyu’s eyes showed a mixture of surprise and suspicion, but he didn’t rush forward.

After howling, the green wolf’s body began to change rapidly. Its limbs grew significantly, and it quickly transformed from half a man’s height to a full man’s height. The sound of cracking bones echoed through the air.

The transformation was fast—too fast—and showed no signs of stopping.

In mere moments, the green wolf had completed its transformation.

Now, its pupils glowed a fiery red, and all rationality had fled. Its body, several meters tall, blocked the moonlight and cast a massive shadow. Its explosive muscles were proof of its immense strength.

As Chen Qingyu watched the green wolf’s transformation, the thought flashed through his mind.
