Ch. 37 - Moving

Lu Feng stood up and dusted his butt. The ride on the way home felt uncomfortable. It was as if he had tricked Datou. He smiled and put a lid over his emotions.

Over the years, he had learned a simple but valuable lesson: Businessmen with conscience go bankrupt. As for the rich people who donated money, some were for fame, some for tax exemption, and some for marketing. Who knows if they were even real or fake.

When Jiang Xiaoyan returned home, she saw that the leather bag had been pulled out from under the bed. She was paralyzed with fear. She ran over and saw that she had lost 200,000. She hugged the leather bag and wailed.

As soon as Lu Feng entered the house, he saw her crying and asked, "What's wrong? Ah?"

"Daddy, the money was stolen!" Duo Duo blinked her big eyes, filled with moisture, seemingly crying with her mother.

Gao Zhiwei was also at a loss. Initially, he could have signed a few contracts with the general agency for a few days, but now he was upset.
